This weekend we had a party for all the economic students at my school. Since I am in the board of my program, I had to hel fix the party and everything that comes with it. I have been marketing the event for a few weeks and then saturday I worked all day to prepare everything for the night. I made a wall of logotypes and took some really nice pictures of people at the party. Everybody wanted to take a picture at the wall and there are a lot of picture of different people that look really nice. The dinner went really well, many songs and drinks and everybody had a grate time. Even the foreign students that didn’t understand a thing what the toastmaster said thought it was really fun. I am really glad that it went that well and I hope everyone is as satisfied about the party as I am.

For this last week of course I have a lot of things to do; study, work and much more. In the middle of this packed schedule I will go to my uncle Per to see my new cusin. I am really glad they got a new kind and I really hope everything goes del. My uncle wanted me to come now and take care of the other kids because they have a lot to do with the new kid. I will do my best to do that and I really look forward to it!

Many weeks have passed and a lot of things have happened. The most fun happenings was my weekend in Berlin with my parents to meet my brother that turned 26. It was nice to be together, but especially to see Berlin. What a amazing city! The structure, the culture and the buildings was amazing. It felt like a small New York with a lot go german tourists.

After that, I have been to Shanghai and Hangzhou with Martin and Björn. We went to visit Fejne who is studying in Hangzhou.
First, we arrived in Shanghai after several hours of flight. It was almost 25 degrees when we arrived so it felt like summer. Fejne and Tove met us up at the subway station and it was really nice to see him again so long time. We spent a couple of days in Shanghai with a lot of shopping (not as much as usually when I go to china though), rooftop bars and nightclubs. That city is really enormous.
After some days there we went to Hangzhou with the fast train called ”the bullet” that travels in 300 km/h. We all lived in Fejnes apartment. During the days we went around in the city to see different things and during the nights we discovered the nightlife. We had a lot of fun and I would love to go back and see more of the city!

Now its back to reality until beginning of june. I went to a second job interview today that I hope went good. Wish me luck!

This week have been busy, even more than usual. It started of on monday when a company called and wanted to get an interview with me on wednesday. It was a financial company that seemed really good and we arranged a meeting. It went good and I got the job but I told them my situation have changed and that I didn’t want it anymore. Im glad that I made that decision now because I have planed so much for Handels Entreprenörer for this spring. Then thursday it ask another interview that also went good. We got a good connection and they are going to call me as soon as they know anything, they had some other interviews more to do before they hired someone. I really want that job so I hope they call me.

During the thursday I got the information that Im going to study next semester in Beijing! I got really excited and I still am! My friend Martin also are going to story there so it will be a very good semester in China.

Tomorrow Im going to have a ”kick-off” with the International Committee during the day and then dinner with some friends. I have to study some to and call my brother Johan because its his birthday! He is turning 26, he is starting to get old now, and me to!

I have really started to miss my brother. I have started a new job in Berlin and everything goes well for him, but he isn’t in sweden. I hope he is coming home for his birthday in march so I can celebrate him.

Tomorrow I will go to the cinema with some friends and saturday its another friends birthday party. Hope it will be fun but I can’t party all night because I have to study to this stupid test.

The most happy thing about this day was that IKEA called me and I have an interview next monday. Im really excited about that. Maybe it isn’t very advanced work, it I really liked IKEA when I worked there in 2009 and I would love to work there this summer. Wish me luck!

Christmas was great; get to meet my whole family, although my grandmother wasn’t there. I thought it would be more sad but her spirit really lives with our family so we didn’t feel very sad. Of course we were thinking about her a lot and we went to the graveyard where we have been going with our grandmother to see our grandfather, now she was lying there too. That was the most strange about it but the rest went smoothly. I played a lot with my little two cousins that got so much energy and gives so much joy to the family.

The 26th of december we went to Bad Gastein to go skiing for a week. We had a great time with a lot of skiing. My parents were more in to the beverages at the restaurant but me and my brother went around a lot. New Years eve was great and me and my brother partied all night long.

This wednesday I had an exam. Marketing. Quite interesting subject but wide and very much to understand. I hope I pass it! After the exam I met all the new exchange students and then after we went out celebrating our exam. I met some friends from Helsingborg that I really enjoyed meeting. We went to a bar with awesome drinks, I can’t remember the name of it but it tasted good. I must go there more times.

Today I have been just buying some books, fixed and event for International Committie and studying. New subject; International Market theories. It sound interesting.

Anyway, I started of this weekend with a exam in Organisation and Leadership. The test wasn’t to had, but I don’t know what grade I will get because there was a lot of open questions where they have to judge if you know what you where talking about. Hope they do!

After that we had to party, because it was saturday and exam day. We went home to Pontus and just hang out for many hours and then we was going to get in to a club but I was to cold and the line was to big so I went home. Maybe not the best option but I really dint feel for it.

Today I have been buying a lot of food so I hopefully don’t have to go to the store for a while. I have made food boxes for whole the week and its really nice to be prepared like that, especial since I have a lot to do next week.

Anyway, today I have been at KTB during the whole day. The building almost moved due to the wind, its crazy. My mother called and said they closed the rail road between Gothenburg and Helsingborg because of the wind!

After house of studying I went to the gym and bench pressed 80 kg! Now its only 20 more to get to my goal, three digit number!

Anyway, this week have been busy with group work at school and of course Gadden. It is during two days on my university and there is a lot of companies and banks standing around at the school trying to tempt the students to start wiring there. I talked with some companies but mainly I went to three contact meetings with PWC, Ernst & Young and Mazars SET. Thats why the headline; one of the persons that interviewed me asked how I could keep up with everything, and then I answered…. It was a good experience and they told me a lot of stuff that I didnt know. I really started to get the feeling that there is different cultures in the accounting firms. They alls seemed good, but some where more inspiring than others. Gadden all quitted with a lecture with Bing Rimer, the famous photographer. He was a lot more inspiring than I first thought and he was really funny to. I found out with his twitter that during his 30 birthday hired a ”mini-me” that just walked around being him all night. An amazing idea!

Today I have been very good; studied, organized and vacuum cleaned my whole apartment, during a saturday! Tomorrow I will go down to school to study because I can’t do it at home. I hope I won’t fly away because its a storm passing by here now.

Tomorrow is the first day of Gadden but I wont go to any presentations tomorrow, I will save that for thursday. Tomorrow me and a friend are going to discuss a new project we are starting that I have been thinking for a year now. Hope it goes well!

Today we just when to the brunch, cleaned an the I went to the station. On my way there I met my cusin Niklas and his girlfriend that was walking to the store. Its wired how we both passed by there at the same time. Anyway I went to the station and bought the first ”lussekatt” of the year and it tasted awesome.

Next week its ”Gadden” and Im going to meet a lot of companies and Im going to try to talk to as many as possible.
